Or who emailed you, or where your numbers are. You carry all of it by hand, every day. We start wiring your business to it in three sessions, on your machine, beginning with the connection you need most.
You pay for ChatGPT or Claude. You open it ten, twenty times a day. You are not a beginner, you know how to get a good answer out of it.
And every session still starts from nothing. You re-explain your business, your customers, what you sell, how you word things, what you tried last month. Then you paste something in. Then you copy something out. Then you do it again tomorrow.
It talks about your work. It has never touched your work.
It cannot open the folder where your files actually live. It cannot produce the finished thing, only the description of the finished thing. It cannot pick up where it left off, because for it there is no "left off".
Meanwhile you keep seeing people online running AI that works on its own, on real projects, and no explanation of how they got there that starts anywhere useful. Every path you find opens with "learn to code", which is an answer to a question you never asked.
Your ceiling is not your prompting. You are already good at prompting. Your ceiling is that your AI has no access to your actual work.
Right now you are the connection. Your email, your numbers, your files, your customers: you are the one moving information between them, by hand, every day. Your AI watches from a tab and knows none of it.
That stops. Your AI gets real access to one part of your business and starts doing the work there.
On your machine. On your files. With your context already loaded, so you never brief it from zero again. Producing real output you can send, publish, or use, not a description of it.
Concretely, by the end of the third session: one task you currently do by hand every week runs from start to finish, and you can watch it happen.
Not a browser tab. It opens your folders, reads what is there, writes real files, and shows you every change before it makes it.
You explain your customers, your product, your constraints and your way of doing things once. It is still there next week, and next month. The re-explaining stops.
A plain-English file that says what to always do, what to never do, and how you want things worded. It works your way instead of generically, because you wrote the rules.
Every change is visible before it happens, every good state is saved, and any mistake goes back with one sentence. You can let it work without worrying about what it broke.
You choose it. We build it together during the sessions, on your real data, not on a demo. This is the part you are actually buying. Everything above is what makes it possible.
The same handful of steps, applied to the next task, and the one after that. If the only thing that worked was the task we built together, I did the job badly.
Three live sessions, 90 minutes each, spread over two to three weeks. Roughly four and a half hours together in total.
You share your screen and you do the typing. I guide. This is not a demo you watch. If you leave with a setup someone else built on your machine, you cannot repair it, change it, or reuse it, and the whole thing dies the first week something breaks.
We install it, we point it at a real folder of yours, and you watch it read and change a real file for the first time. You will also see it ask permission and you will see yourself refuse. By the end of this session you understand exactly what it can and cannot reach.
We set up the workspace that holds your business, you write your own instruction file, and we put the safety net in place. Then we pick your task apart and start building it.
We take it end to end, on real data, and fix what broke when you used it during the week. Then we walk the same loop through a second task of yours, out loud, so you know how to start the next one without me.
The gaps between sessions are the point. You use it on your own for a week and come back with real friction, which is the difference between a setup that works in the session and a setup that works in your business. Email me between sessions with questions and course corrections. Full debugging of your own projects is not included, and I will say so plainly when a question crosses that line.
One payment. Three sessions, roughly four and a half hours live, plus email between them.
You would be one of the first three.
Nobody has bought this yet. I am running it with three people at this price, in exchange for honest feedback and, only if you are genuinely happy with it, a testimonial. After those three, the price goes up. That is not a countdown timer, it is just what the price is until I have proof it works for people who are not me.
Full refund after the first session. If ninety minutes in it is not what you expected, tell me and you get all of it back. No form, no reason required, no arguing.
That is the point of it. You will not write code, and I will not ask you to read any. You will be directing something that writes it, the same way you direct it today in a chat window. What changes is what it is allowed to touch.
You can, and there is genuinely good material on there. What a tutorial gives you is someone else's setup solving someone else's problem, and the gap between watching that and having it running on your machine, on your work, is where most people stop. You leave here with yours, built on your files, with your task working at the end of it.
Prompting is not what is holding you back. Your AI cannot open your files, cannot save anything, and cannot remember Tuesday. No prompt fixes any of those three. They are fixed by changing where it runs.
You should not, yet. I am not going to pretend otherwise, so here is what I can offer instead. The price is a founding price for exactly that reason. You get every cent back after the first session if it is not what you expected. And everything I would teach you is already published, so go read it and watch it first, then decide whether you want the three weeks with me or whether you would rather do it alone. Both are legitimate answers.
Three sessions of ninety minutes over about three weeks, plus the hours you spend using it in between. If it works, the task we automate hands that time back and keeps handing it back. If you cannot find four and a half hours over three weeks, this is not the right month for it, and I would rather you came back later than started it badly.
Anything you do repeatedly that involves your own files, your own words, or your own data. Weekly reporting, client onboarding documents, turning notes into something publishable, processing a recurring inbox, keeping a set of documents in sync. If you are not sure whether yours qualifies, that is one of the things the call is for.
A computer you can install things on, Windows or Mac, and a paid Claude subscription. That is it. If you do not have the subscription yet, do not buy it before our call.
One task is the first wire.
The same loop connects the next one, and the one after. The people who go furthest end up with their email, their numbers, their content and their customer work all reachable by the same AI, and a single screen showing what it did today.
That is not what three sessions buy, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. It is the direction three sessions put you on. By the end you will know whether you want the rest of it, and you will be able to build a good part of it yourself.
There is no checkout button on this page on purpose. At this price, with nothing public to vouch for me yet, I want a conversation first, and I want the option to tell you this is not for you.
Five questions. Answer them properly, in full sentences, and take the ten minutes it needs. I read every one myself, and how you answer question three is most of how I decide. If writing this out feels like too much work, the three weeks after it will feel like a lot more, and neither of us wants that.
If it looks like a fit, I will send you a link to book fifteen minutes. If it does not, I will tell you why, in writing, and point you at whatever I think you should do instead.
What you write here is emailed straight to me, through Resend, and it is not stored in any database. I do not add you to a mailing list and I do not pass it to anyone. Ask me and I will delete it.
